Introducing myself

Hello. My name is Marlene and I am from New Hope, Pennsylvania in the US. I am 64 years old and just started to learn about oil painting 2 years ago. For years I watched the painters on TV and always wanted to try it. Now that I am stuck at home caring for my ill husband I needed something to do to stay engaged with the world. I am not very good but really want to learn. So as I post what I have done please feel free to tell me how to make it better. Someday I want to paint a picture that I really like and want to hang! :-)
