New Artist

Not only am I new to this site, but I am also new to painting. After 30+ years as a High Tech Exec in Silicon Valley I retired a few years ago and thought "Well, I should paint - isn't that what retired folks do?" I had never studied art and had probably not picked up a paint brush since kindergarten!

But what a wonderful world I have entered. It is a world filled with beauty, relaxation and constant learning.

I look forward to being a member of The Complete Artist and viewing everyone’s wonderful work!

Welcome Barbara. really like the colors that you used in your paintings. Look into joining Richards workshop that he has once a month. You really learn a lot from viewing others paintings. Enjoy! Martha
