Hi, I have used Acrylics for about 6 years now. Since I have been with all of you & Richard on this fantastic site I have looked at so many wonderful paintings done with Acrylics and Oils.

Richards lessons are very good in fact fantastic. I have learn't so much and I feel improved a great deal with more confidence however because Richard uses Oils, I have changed to oils. Sometimes its easy but other times like this lesson I have struggled.

Richard, I see has done the opposite and changed to Acrylics "eh"

So what is best?

Its good to try different mediums, yes, should we or you (meaning the painter) stay with what they know best.

To me this is interesting and I would like your thoughts please.
