Quick Portrait of Florence

I painted this in 2 hours from life. There are some rough patches that I can see now with the benefit of more time! Comments and critiques, bearing in mind the time limit.
It's in oil on 20x16in, 50x40cm canvas paper

Thanks for the reference. I had a look at the website - I was wondering how many videos there are to view.
