I like you work Annie because even if I do not understand it is  giving me something to  think about...............smiles to you dor:))   Here I think the dog is OK and will do fine, but the man is really lost.........

Another half-finished painting... the colours are a bit washed out - taken with mobile at night... I need to adjust head on body... bring out the subjects (man and dog) and add a couple of ducks flying away... for interest.  The rock growing out of the back of the man's head will also disappear when I pop him off the canvas.  This is acrylic but I may even use some oil on the man and dog.  The richness of oil on acrylic lifts them off the canvas also.  I'm not heavily invested in this painting but needed something easier to do to remind myself that I can paint at all!  *smile*
