My grandmother used to say that she "spit" in any cooking we would compliment her on...we might try that; it's water base after all!

Easy for YOU to say....  :)  That is how my Mom tried to teach me to cook - "just add some of this, a little of that".  "How much?" I would ask.  "Whatever makes it good" was her reply. :)  Anyway, I love your work.
