Karlo, I painted a waterfall which kept evolving, layer upon layer, until I got it right.  I waste paint though.  It was done from imagination, like your mountains.

Thanks ! this is 20 x 12", quite small, The other one is bigger (37"). Both mountains are just from imagination...without drawing..I just started with sky then mountain...as it come. (on other one, next day I saw some moskitos attached on my sky - so it was easer to make some cumulus clouds..It was fun to paint that ... Thanks Bob.)

I like Bob Ross' style, too, he makes it look sooo simple.  BTW, how large is this painting?  and, were you actually there (and where is it?)
