The subtlety of colour is fabulous. I wish I could achieve half as much restraint!

Thanks Ruby. Winning is always great but i aim for being selected top 15 and stay a featured artist for another month. Being featured has the advantage that my new painting appear at the top of the DPW page which results in more than doubled number of visits (not resulting in double number of sales yet). Mostly I do it for the fun part:....that painting there is supposed to be better than mine????? ;-)

Steinunn, this contest is still open for enteries. Submission deadline is the last day of each month. The result is anounced at the 8th of the next month. Entrance fee for a painting is $10 if you are signed into Daily Paintworks and $14 if not. Everybody can take part. The first three places are rewarded with $500, $300 and $150.
