Nancy, it is so kind of you taking time to comment on my work and encourage me. It is important to keep on learning and practising . No other way to be a better painter. We are doing so. And if we try harder we may be good enough to be frauds in near future. Just jocking. Lol.
Li, This is absolutely gorgeous. The detail on the red peppers is perfect, and the design on the gord (sp?) is even more perfect. The way you bent the design around it was amazing. I am glad this was what made it into the exhibition. The recognition is well deserved.
Your comment about how we are not good enough to become frauds got me laughing out loud. How true. How true. :-)))
Dorian, you know!! Last year, June25 you said this is "Awesome!" You can be an art judge to choose who should be in.Thank you for always pushing me up. I appreciate it painefully.
Li, I am so happy to see your painting that got into the exhibition! Smiles and congratulations..........
I am so happy that you like this one. The shade of the ceramica can be a bit lighter I think. Thank you Dorian for your nice encouragement.
Awesome! Smiles coming you way : ))
Lovely!
Jessica, I am glad that you like it. Thanks to the workshops of still life I learned from Richard. I still do not know how to use big strokes to paint details on the ceramica. The composition is simple so that I can deal with it.
Ningning, it's beautiful - the peppers look real enough to pick up & use for cooking! Great colour on the cast shadows too. Nice composition!
Mario, I will keep on working hard and improve. I am very happy to please you.
