A value study of a William Trost Richard's painting

I have finished and signed my "study" of a William Trost Richard's painting (American 1843-1905) named "The Otter Cliffs, Mount Desert Island, Maine 1866. The last sale of the painting years back brought a price of $235,600. The scene is from Acadia National Park in Maine. The painting will be a gift to our granddaughter who selected it for me to paint for her. The value study took 9 days. The total painting time was 24 days.
