Hi Li,
This is lovely - the darker orange at the bottom of the rocks really make the top of the rocks glow with light. (:

This is really nice. I like the bit of orange you put mixed in with the foilage in the foreground. I like the blue in the background. It makes the colors in the cliff really vibrant. Maybe a little more green in the background lower right side. Just a touch. : )

Dee, many thanks of your precious evaluation. It lift me up. I will push the horizon back more and then let you check again. What a wonderful fellings to be criticized by you.

Excellent Li. This is a very uplifting painting, full of poetry and the promise of day in an awe-inspiring place. It really does feel like sunrise with that lovely golden glow bathing these foreground columns and gradually dissolving the cool shadows as it moves across the waking canyon, just as it has for billions of years... I can feel it heating up! One thing I'd change, I think you could soften the horizon and push it back more...that far rim is probably 10 miles/15 km away!
