12 x 10 inches.
I have been studying the works of Richard Schmid and his apprentice Daniel Keys quite closely these past few days. And I wanted to do a composition of my own based on their techniques. I was really playing with the brush and trying to find new ways to manipulate the paint, and I was able to surprise my self with some cool effects, like taking a soft brush loaded with a very thinned out greenish color and swiping it very lightly across the dark background, which was not thinned out. It created a lot of texture with out much effort.

Andri, are you going to do this workshop ? I would like to see what you come up with
Love this ! You have managed to put energy into the background and the flowers. I also like Daniel's painting, he was at the Plein air convention and we talked .
Beautiful!
I posted my painting but I will try again because I love Daniel's painting style
