Sealers Creek wilsons prom, nationalpark.Victoria

tucked away in refuse cove on the eastern side of the park .these huge boulders look like they have been swiped with an artist brush.the lichen is so bright it has to be seen to be believed! The early colonials almost sent the fur seal to extinction,i wonder did they take time to spot the beauty that abounds here?

Nigel, just how on earth did you manage such amazing water reflections with acrylics???? Did you use

any medium or retarder ??? help!!!! I am painting a water scene at the moment and actually the one rock I have to do has a very similar reflection in the water,, (same colors too) and I cannot for the life of me get it right..If you have any suggestions to help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks..

Nigel, that's one well done painting IMO, particularly the underwater areas and reflections and you've got a lot of depth there too.
