Blue Heron and Reflections
Blue Heron and Reflection by Sharon Repple 14" x 11" acrylic The reference photo was taken at Homosassa Springs State Park one of my favorite place to photograph. The heron is perched on a cypress stump and the trees reflected in the water make up the background. I had a great time painting the reflections in water. Hope you enjoy

Gorgeous work, Sharon. I love the circular swirls in the water. It's a nice offset to the verticals of the bird and tree.
