It is so lovely!!!! I wish that I could paint flowers like this. And it was done in watercolour! Excellent !!!

Thank you Joan I have just began to use water colour and i am really enjoying it.  I feel so much more free when trying out new techniques with this fascinating medium.  i'm definatley going to have another go at this jug someday.  look forward to seeing your work :-))

Your painting of the "jug" is so pretty!  As you an see by my picture I am partial.  Your colors are so soft and this piece is beautifully done.  When I first saw it, I thought that maybe the vase was floating a bit close to the edge, but after "really" looking I feel it is just perfect. I paint in oils and go darker but this is beautiful with your palette.

Thank you Rita,  just trying to dabble a bit with watercolour,  its an exciting way to paint you never quite know what its going to do!  hoping to do some more practicing as i'm off on my hols to one of the Greek islands tomorrow equipped with some water paints! :-)))

Beautiful painting, Pauline. I love the contrast between the blue, purple and yellow/orange. The blue jug is great, love the details.
