This is a powerful seascape painting Carolyn! Great composition, beautiful splash, nice rocks. May I ask what is it on the top of the mountain?
Really, really enjoyed this painting! The prior challenges allowed this to come together pretty quickly. I'm amazed how versatile this limited palette was/is. The purpose of the two whites was for the transparency Zinc allowed for foggy mist and sky mixtures. Titanium for the heavier accents and mixtures.
