This is a lovely watercolour Jon.  I love the way you have let the water develop your clouds and the lovely yellow sunset against the dark buildings,  so simple and yet a very striking painting!

There's a film noir quality about this painting that elicits a strong sense of foreboding.  Isn't that what paintings, all about? Creating an emotional response from the viewer? Well done!

Laura, I do one once in a while - usually it's a disaster - and that puts me off for a good while - but even so I don't have the time to do more of them
