Dania, you must also be a good cook and your family are lucky to have delicous meal everyday.
Barbara, Pauline and Richard,
Since I was trying to utilize my paint piles from both my gamut mask I worked with in my studies, I wanted to unify the painting as much as possible. So green was the one to do this for me since I had a variety of shades to choose from. I had nice cool greens for the background and warmer greens for the foreground. With so much light and weathered surfaces around and some plain air observations it seemed appropriated to add some delicate hints of green throughout the painting. I am very happy your observations picked up on it and appreciate greatly your comments.
Dania, I love the way you structured your rocks and echoed the green throughout.
Well done Dania, This is a lovely Piece of art, so many beautiful colour combinations going on here!:-))
My pleasure, just noticed how you threaded the green throughout the painting - awesome!!!
Many Thanks Richard !
Love this!
Rita, Li, Nancy, Ann and Linda,
Thank you all so much for your wonderful comments. Color temperature was really important in this painting especially with the greens. So many times in an environment like this one color is bouncing around all over the place.
Beautiful painting Dania, the rocks are great, full of texture and the colors really do harmonize. Well done!!
Dania, I like it because I enjoy the form of the rocks, they are so interesting. I like the way by shifting the colours you creat the nice and realistic texture of the rocks and ground.Apart from these, your solid skill of control the value and manipulate the colour tempreture in a propriate degree make this painting full of life.
