After Richard's feedback here's my final for October's workshop. Digital media. I made extensive use of Photoshop Mixer brushes, the closest you can get to traditional media while still taking advantage of Undos:)

Thanks from you Poalo, I really like this piece of yours also reminds me of John Constable.

Thanks everyone! I'm going through your paintings as well, there's some really impressive artwork this month:)

Hazel, yes it's PS5, in this version they focused a lot more on painting tools, it's really great.

Delores, whoa what a compliment, I don't deserve it at all!  And I didn't know Albert Bierstadt, thanks for that.

The softness going around the bend is nice. It has feeling. That's what i want to capture. A feeling!  Good job.

Great job Paolo! I really dig the softness of the blends. your thoughtful usage of light draws me in to the water. I like the edge of the bank as well. In my opinion you should take home richards painting this month. Love the profile picture! makes me smile :)

Good luck buddy

Wow, it has a kind of Albert Bierstadt feel to it.

Very lovely!!!! Are you using Photoshop 5? I have heard it has better paintbrush options. I have Photoshop 3 and Elements but haven't tried painting with them.
