Christmas Kitten

Christmas Kitten by Sharon Repple 11x14 acrylic
I wanted to show you this kitty I painted for Christmas. A friend took a photo of her kitten in the Christmas tree and I fell in love with it and asked her for permission to paint. This painting will hang in a local co-op I'm in and I plan to make some Christmas cards. Let me know if I need to fix something before it goes to the Artisans on fifth.

I do think it might benefit from just a touch of cool shadowing in the white parts of the cat face to balance all that warmth, but maybe that's just my recent preoccupation speaking ; ).
