This is the photo I use for my second try at the workshop. We love to walk there, very beautiful views, lovely woods and lots of different flowers.

Hi Susan, Wow, I didn't know there were so much greens to find in this photo *_* I need to learn to 'see' what is really there. I don't have those cards, but I'll make some today, Thank you for sharing.
Hi Rita. Thanks for your comment on my painting of Wentworth Falls. I agree with your comment about greens being difficult - I think my greens are still too green. For myself, and probably for most people, it's difficult to get over the expectation that grass and trees are green. I saw this lovely picture of yours. When I look at it hard I see greenish yellow, greenish grey, bluish grey, umber-brown greys, lilac blue greys, etc, but not a single spot of pure green. I really think that half the problem is in judging what we see. Have you got one of those little grey cards with a hole punched in it for isolating colours? Really useful.
