What a gorgeous painting! Orange and blue is my favorite color pairing, and you're done it so well here. Just a little dark purple might help that inside of the bow of the boat shadow recede a bit more.

Hi Tammy, I am glad you like it. I used Liquin original as medium. My palete color are cadmium yellow pale, yellow ochre, orange , alizarin crimson, ultramarine blue, Phythalo blue. The real painting is not red as photo through.

Thank you Ningning for your comment. You made very good point. I realized that too the shadle area in the front is not dark enough. I will gray it down little more.

Your boat is very nicely detailed, I enjoy it. You applied very strong colour contrast. It must have a purpose to do so.This painting is very impressive. The shade part of the boat can be greyed down a bit more. I like the colour variety you did for the reflection, it makes the reflection very real. Well done, Laura.
