Love your BRIGHT HAPPY COLOR !  Think about placing a dark shadow under the main light boat. It may stop the rocking !

I really like this painting Dor.  It is a little different to your first entry but at first look I thought the boats were moving, sort of rocking, and each time I view it again they seem to do the same, then stop.  I wish I could make my paintings move that way.  Colours are exellent!  Well done!  I like it, I like it! :-) :-)
