Dorian, I enjoy this work very much. The value, the shapes and colours are all did their good job. the shapes, value and colour of the rocks are excellent to me. The color vaiation of the sand also very nice. The greens have diferent layers by colour and value change. The soft brush work and subtle color change of the back ground made a strong contrast with the foreground. This may be the secret of the attraction of this piece. So pleasant scene. Another interesting thing is the wave. It must hit an underwater rock or a big turtle. As Richard mentioned that many turtles are happyly playing there. Happy painting, Li
