Dorian, You caught all the essencial element of the this siene with simplicity. I enjoy it very much.  The light effect, contrast value effect, the color contrast(which you always did very painterly in other of your works)and the confident brushwork. I like that figure too. One element I love most is your big wave, danamic and in a very natural form. That is the result of your careful observation either from Richard photo or from the waves you see near your home. Good art comes from life.
