Dorian, After Richard commented to your work, you replied to him . That was the place I know you stay late.  Regular life style plus get some sun will help us to be energetic and paint well, I believe so. Take care , God is looking at you.

Oh I knew that.  You see I live alone with my dog, so I can eat and sleep or not eat and sleep whenever I want to.  It is a great to be able to answer to no one but God in my old age! 

What I did not know is what Stuart had said because it was on your page, not mine.  I spend far too much time on this PC!  Smiles and laughter to you.......dor:))

Dorian, laterly I stay late too. We have to be careful. To paint well, we need energy for mental power. Stuart is waiting to see your stunning piece for the next workshop.

Great strong colour Dor, and it's all working well together which is the tricky part.
