"Embers"
I had fun with color on this one :D I just wanted to do a couple of paintings that were not "realism" to concentrate on my color theory....and I LOVE color! So, this is a study of color and Owl.
I did a bright underpainting and then glazed colors on top. I have 3 others I am working on (of course). It seems I can't do just one of anything.
This one is a Dailypaintworks challenge (The Touchy-Feely Challenge) and for Nibblefest.
