Thanks Fay and Ian.
I had lots of problems doing this painting, and I wound up not enjoying the process. If you aren't happy while you are painting, that comes through and the work suffers. Anyway, thanks Ian for taking the time to give me advice. I really appreciate having someone to talk to about this.

Thank you, Robin. I was drawn to the turquoise strip in the left back the first time I saw this. I guess I like things too saturated (colors, fats, etc.)
