Your painting has, as always, captured not only your personal reaction to the scene but, in this case, you have added so much movement - in essence, we can "see" the wind and the clouds scudding across the sky.  A static image has been transformed into a strong and beautiful work.  This is a really powerful teaching statement - thank you Richard!

Artistic license.  I love to see a painting that is so much more beautiful that the real thing.

I like the complimentary colors.  The Blue shades and orange and the bit of red and green.  It truly is original and quite beautiful.  Thanks Richard for showing us artistic license and true creativity!
