Learning accurate values in one of the main purposes of joining the workshop, so I will not look at this painting as a failure, but an important learning experience. Some of the things I have learned right away is. A photo doesn't always do our paintings justice. 2) I totally sabotaged myself by inaccurately selectiing a value that was too light for my sky which led to a chain reaction leaving me with the unability to create accurate highlights in the foreground snow and on the sunlit mountains because i couldn't get any lighter pure titanium or gesso wasnt even light enough!

Should I go back and fix it or chalk it up as a learning experience?
