Thank you Silvana for your comment!  My canvas is longer than Richard's, so I need to put something there to fill the empty space. I am glad you like it.

Thank you Charles for your encouraging comment!  After all, it is just following Richard's demo. I used a way more brush strokes than he did, and his rose give much more fresh feeling to it than my, but it is definitely a very good learning process. I really like his simple approach for the design and for the excursion of the painting.
