Yes Adele, Thank you for your wonderful comment. The water reflection on the sand is the real thing that made me like this painting, too! Just never mind the waves. It's very incorrect. This should be titled  Lone Tidal Wave. I am just learning how to portray waves. hehehe

You are very good with trees - one of my favourite subjects, so I study yours well

What attracted me most in this painting, is the effectiveness of the soft reflections in the water on the sand - lovely!
