Love this, Susan. Maybe it is not a Eyvind Earle but a new Susan Skuse. I love the colours and the symplifide trees and mountains. Great work, Susan.

Inspired by the works of Eyvind Earle, I've had a go at a stylised landscape.  It didn't turn out to look anything like an Eyvind Earle, but it was quite an interesting project.  It did force me to simplify.  The mind numbing detail in my source photo had already defeated me on a previous painting attempt.
