Thank you Tova. I have some that are much more detailed and studied but I agree, I do like the fast whimical ones too. Things happen in the background that you don't notice until later. When I squint at this picture I can see a giant evil bunny about to pounce on the poor little frog.

really wet and cute.  i think doing them fast may add to the whimseyness and freespirit of these little gems.

My new project "Paintings In Your Pocket"

I decided to see how small I could go. Painting is on a silver birch leaf (about 3.5cm x 2.4cm) I'm making them to go inside keyrings. They take about 5-10 minutes to paint. I'm selling them for $10 each.
