Jim, I like your value and color contrast. They are very well controled in a different  propriate degree. I enjoy your cable car and that cute guy very well done. I also love the redish roof with detailed buildings at its both sides. These the details that I wish I could add in my work. If I were you, I would lighter  the sky to make it brighter and softly communicate with the top of the buildings. I will ajust the angles of the vertical line of those buildings and their roofs. To me these buildings are little bit drunk not stand stable. Maybe you did it with purpurse. People think very differently. Just my observation for your reference. Again, apart from these, I enjoy this work and respect all your effort to make it done .
