Yeah, I know what you mean - I have terrible problems with this - if I like the look of something - I always want to put it in so that I can enjoy painting it!!!

- the idea that one has to make everything subservient to the composition - and be prepared to modify reality ruthlessly if required - is, I find, a very very hard idea to accept.

thx for the good comment. I see your point... I kinda like the depth help that the fence gives, but maybe it's somewhat distracting. thx again! :)

Hi, Joe. Personally I'd have removed the fence/railings - they're locking me out of the scene, I feel.... ..looks like you've got a nice color harmony developing there!
