I agree with Dana, the camera did not get enough light. Richard provide us a video about how to take photo of our painting. You may like to click workshop and then click workshop12(in fact, he put it in very workshop to help the new ones to learn ) and go down, then you can find it. Good luck!

Thank you for your compliment, Dana. I don't have a really good camera. It does look pretty dark. I will do what you advise and next time take the photo outside. ; )

I think you did some good work but it is too bad the photo is so dark. I'm assuming the painting is much lighter. I've had the same problem in previous workshop submissions. This time I took the photo outside in the sun and that worked much better.
