I always like the early mornings best. Just something about it that makes me feel so alive. Listening to the river running while cooking breakfast and just sitting there taking it all in. Using the idea that the less light that shines on objects, the less color is seen and the more things look black and white. I added gray to all the colors to capture the realism of absence of sunlight on the landscape. 14”x18” canvas in oil.

I enjoyed reading your "story" and imagining as much as I did viewing the beautiful painting. This moment in time only last but a bit, and then its gone. Very well done. Ro
