WoW this is beautiful ! The eyes are haunting. I am drawn to the lovely chin and neck area where you used soft subtle shades of flesh tones.

What a lovely portrait, you have done an excellent rendition of her features and the lighting is well controlled.

There is one area I feel you could improve ... the shoulder strap on her left shoulder looks like an after thought and as its nearer to the viewer than the other one it should have at least as much definition.

This might be super critical but to my eye it spoils an otherwise excellent painting!

Very good portrait of this young girl. Good shadows and highlights.  Her features are very well done and the eyes and brows give it a dramatic look! Loveit!
