I changed the background color, thanks to Thomas showing me how the REAL still life painting should be. My is far away from it still, but I think it is a much better version from my previous post. Happy Holiday everyone!!

Thank you Charles for all your helps!!
I like what you did with the background. Has a classical old masters' feel. BTW, thanks your query about Photoshop as it got me working with it tonight and I have learned a great deal about the brush and palette features. That led to open a couple of photos of old paintings and rework the colors and values on screen. Will apply those changes to the actual painting soon.
Thank you Laurena and Lawrence for your kind words and encouragements!! Drawing problem seems a repeating thing for my paintings. Sometimes I am just too eager to put the color down without carefully lay down the basics or the drawing at the beginning is okay but during the process of adding colors the shape is missed up. Anyways, thank you for pointing it out, and I will see what I can do to correct it.
Really good Xiao Li. I hope you don't mind me saying, but I see a couple of drawing issues (lines, shapes, angles) with the wine glass (mainly the base) and the bottle on the right and its label. But wow, colours, lighting, composition, translucency, reflections, mood ... are spectacular! Well done!
Nice! I had to go back and look for the first painting as I had passed by it, but your new background is fantastic! What a difference!
Thank you Thomas. You are the one give me the idea. Thank you.
