Yes, I use and like Arches not 300gr but can not buy the other one here.  Thank you for you reply Karlo.

paper is Arches cold press 300gr, and I use also Fabriano Artistico (which I can by here..)

Thank you for this Karlo, I really liked the result of your experiment but it still did not answer my question of, what kind of watercolor paper do you use.  I ask because I do watercolors as well and experiment a bit with different papers,  so this is only a little curiosity of mine.

Hey Steinunn,I use tube watercolors (mixed grade - winsor, daniel-smith, and other - i think one was Indigo blue ..). I cut small peaces of paper (7"x 9"), and just wet both sides (with just horizon line left dry - or some other area wher you like to experiment..). And just pour some colours and touch with brush..) . and when dry was not very much to see, but idea come to add some tree trunks...and leaves,  and little paintings appeared ..
