Hi Mary Jo. I love high chroma - but I think I need to come down somewhat - too much color kills the color. I'm finding that this 3-color palette workshop really helps with that - it forces you towards lovely "grays". Also, I've taken the cadmium yellows off my palette for the while. Originally I wondered about the composition in this painting - but I think it works. Maybe I should do it again in oils - Im slpdash and that forces me to slow down! OK,off yo see your stuff! I like the high chroma.  I tend to paint the same -- it's just part of my personality!  Your colors in the foreground are wonderful!

Just do your thing and it is right. For me the yellow is not the problem.
