Thank you Jim! I try to keep to a limited palette with each painting..that way the colors are more harmonious..learned that from several art books and masters...This one I used yellow ochre,cerulean blue,ivory black,cad red,titanium white and terra rosa.

Adriana, your portraits are just stunning!  You mix and match such unique and interesting color combinations!  They "relate" so well to each other.  Likewise, their facial features are equally terrific!
