Very Monet!
Finished this one that had been in the closet for too long, I wish I had taken a before shot. I really painted the forground tree w more detail , a better light pattern in the hillside grass, took out about half the poppys on the left and restated the Villas in background. Didnt do anything to sky and far hills. It's fun to repaint but sometimes you become more of an art crtic than paint with feeling and poetry. Oh well it's not easy to get it both way any time.
