I am trying to see just the color....and make my brain shut up! I understand this in drawing; you have to paint what you see...how each line is in relation to the other...and not draw an "apple", but draw lines and shapes. In painting...not so easy as it sounds...but I am working on it. Part of my problem (and just a very small part, as I know I have a very very very long way to go), I think is lighting in my studio as well...A lot of times I paint late and I am painting from what I thought were pretty good florescent compacts, but they are just not bright enough...so I will be changing lightbulbs...or just learn to get started earlier lol!

I also changed the jar because the perspective was not right. The jar is more square and in the first one it looked rectangular.

I am going to paint another one of these today, but in a different setting.

Also, this one is closer in color than the other one, as I took this one in daylight, of course you monitor could be different than mine.

I am glad I did not eat them all :D
