AWESOME, Deb, i just love all these paintings. Autumn is my favorite time of the year, and here the trees start colouring in those warm colours. I love the orange, yellow, green, just like i have seen the nature here yesterday.

Hi (again!), Deb - I'm about 30 km to the North of Avignon - St Victor la Coste - little village with a ruined castle perched above it. This is the south - almost Provence, arid with lots of scrub (la garrigue). An hour to the south is the med - and the Camargue with its flamingos and bulls and white horse (less over the top in reality - simpler). It's pretty wild (sauvage) - a mixture of harshness/aridity and easy balm. What more, can I say ;D ?!?. I lived in Paris for 20 odd years - I've been in France since 1979. Maybe representing a dream of its countryside is my painting goal - see Donald Jurney's paintings? Cheers. Jon

Thanks, Jon. I have been seeing your work as well. Very good. Where are you in France? I have only been in Paris, many years ago.

One after another! You're on a roll, Deb? When you're that consistent - it shows mastery! Love 'em! Jon
