Hi Lyndon, I was really just trying to get some realistic looking onions with form, shadows texture, so forth. The light as it so often happens that was on my canvas was also on the subject as well and it had a 40watt globe over it. Then I had sprayed the box with gold paint that reflected light from everywhere. I liked the arrangement at the time, it was different, and I had a lot of fun, but would probably go a bit more traditional if I did it again. You certainly have some beautiful contry up there, I can see why you would like to record it for history. How's it going, Terry

Hello Terry, I am curious as to the aim of this work. It appears to be a study of ligh, reflected light etc on the onions but I can't figure out where the light source is or is there more than one source?
