Silvana, it's difficult to paint chicks "plein air". Watch them, take pictures. Then paint chicks as you think and see pictures as reference.

Love your chicks! I have got them around, but I decided I would paint them when I'm confident enough to paint them 'plein air'!!! And now, they move too much!!! And hide under their mum...
