Thanks Eric and Veronica, I really appreciate your comments. I feel the photo here is a little saturated to the actual painting but it's not too far off.

I agree the blues really refresh int he mind of the coolness and peacefulness of this little spot...I really like the water movement too

I liked the way  you used the brown underpainting to warm the middle ground and the cool greens and blues in the foreground shade.
