Thanks, Richard!
Love the light!
:)
Thanks Jon. I am glad that you enjoy it. I seldem paint so freely. When I finished it, I was surprised too. I should give thanks to Richard for this good work. Let's keep on good work.
Thanks a lot Darya - for taking the time to say so.
Hi, Ningning - your entry for the last workshop was my personal favorite!
Excellent!!!! The light and colour you applied created a vivid sunny beach. That is what I wish I can acheave in my painting. The boat, the reflection, the birds , all did so well. The colour of the right side of the boat is so acurate in value and colour. You have a good eye on colour and details. Happy for you.
Beautiful, warm light, Jon!
Hi, Ngaire. Wow, there's plenty rain here - and more in England (snow even!). Thanks for looking!
I like this version as well. Like your comment to Jessica about sunshine! We need to see some rain!
Thanks, Casey. Like I said to Jessica - I understand that - but my teacher has told me that I've got to cut down on use of yellow drastically - I must het him to explain why - I guess the answer will be about getting "real" color and not inventing it (just when I's decided that was a good idea ;( ) (by the way I've visited your blog - you stopped doing it?
